In order to obtain a Nebraska real estate license you must be at least 19 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, and have a minimum of 60 credit hours of approved pre-licensing education.
After your license application is approved by theNebraska Real Estate Commission, you may sit for the licensing exam. Passing the state and national exam requires a minimum score of 75%. After passing the exam, ongoing continuing education is required to maintain your license.
Alliance Real Estate agents are required to be members of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and they are also members of the National Association of Realtors and the Nebraska Realtors Association.
