Obtaining a Nebraska Real Estate License
 
In order to obtain a Nebraska real estate license you must be at least 19 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, and have a minimum of 60 credit hours of approved pre-licensing education. 

After your license application is approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, you may sit for the licensing exam.  Passing the state and national exam requires a minimum score of 75%.  After passing the exam, ongoing continuing education is required to maintain your license.
